At People First Education we believe in an inclusive education for all learners,
with or without special educational needs.

We provide training in a range of special educational issues including:
- Strategies for effective inclusion of learners with Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASDs)
- Strategies for the effective inclusion of learners with ADHD
- Effective use of ICT and interactive whiteboards
- The avoidance of negative stress in the classroom
- Behaviour management in the inclusive classroom
- Strategies for inclusion of children with hearing impairments
- Raising boys achievement in Literacy and Numeracy
- Display and the inclusive environment

Currently People First Education are holding events specialising in providing Autism, Asperger Syndrome and ADHD Training for Educators
- promoting practice that not only benefits children with Special Educational Needs, but also their peers
- Providing an understanding of Special Educational Needs upon which educators can base the development of their own strategies and resources
- a simple, common sense approach that enables all those who work in education to provide effective inclusion for learners with Special Educational Needs.

Our belief in contextual learning means that those participating in our training will not only receive excellent strategies and resources, but an understanding of the needs of the learner. This will empower them to design their own strategies, based on the model we provide, but specific to the personalised learning needs of individual learners.
We provide a deeper, understanding of what it is like to be a child with Autism or ADHD.
This training should not create a vast increase in workload, but effective inclusion that can be achieved by a simple re-evaluation of approaches.

Ultimately, we believe that our clear, logical approach to teaching and learning will be of benefit to all learners.
